Waited 20 minutes as stated before micro-needling. Definitely makes the treatment more bearable. I occlude withs ran wrap and I start feeling the numbing right away. 10/10!

Good pain relief for short-term topical applications. Would work nicely too on small sliver removal for squeamish kids.

This cream worked great. I put it on and left it on for 30 min before microneedling then washed it off. I felt nothing during the procedure! Very pleased with this purchase.

I used it 20 minutes before derma rolling and it really helped and lasted about 45 mins.
