This does work. I have osteoarthritis in both knees, this does not remove all pain. What it does do is remove that constant muscle pain.(you know the pain where the leg muscle are trying to help and they feel stretched. Not a cure but helps walking

I LOVED it I mean at first it didn't numb it but after the skin was broke and I sprayed again it was NUMB (getting a tattoo) and even after when I got home I sprayed and it took the pain away.

Used this product before I pierced my nose and it worked so well. I would recommend it to anyone. Did not really have a smell to it. I left on for 5 minutes and skin was nice and numb.
