I used it for a rib tattoo. I put a lot on and wrapped it with saran wrap 2 hours before and did not feel a thing. With every numbing cream, it will wear off as the artist goes over the same spot multiple times but definitely worth it. Don't buy the expensive ones, this works so good

This stuff is a lifesaver for waxing. I've had to quit through two Brazilian waxes because I couldn't stand the pain. I found this and read the reviews. After a shower, I put a lot on, about an hour and 15 minutes before my appointment. I plastic wrapped myself up and drove there. I took it off right before the appointment and sat through the whole thing! Yes, there was still some pain but it was so tolerable and I even finished quicker than other clients apparently. This is a MUST for waxes going forward.

I use this when I start seeing a bunch of skin tags around my neck and arm pits that need to go. It does a great job of numbing the areas before I snip off the tags. My dermatologist said it would cost me well over $100 for them to do the removal (insurance doesn't cover) and suggested I do it myself. I tested the area by tapping a pin on the skin and when I couldn't feel the prick, I knew it was time. This stuff is amazing and well worth the money!

Made my tattoo sooo much more manageable. Tattoos always hurt to some degree, but DEF a lot less.

I bought this for my sleeve tattoo and it was a lifesaver. Completely dulled the pain making the most painful spots more tolerable.

I asked my artist how to manage the pain for a giant piece on my side from my ribs to hip bone. I applied it about an hour before my appointment and it was pretty numb for about 2 hours, and during the 3rd hour still helped in some places but had mostly worn off. I used it each session, it's pretty pricy because I needed about half a tube each session but it's a drop in the bucket compared to how much the tattoo cost and how much pain this product has saved me from.
