No pain and only Gain- My first Tattoo experience

I always wished to carry a tattoo on my skin that would reflect my personality but two obstacles always came in between my dream: Selection of a good tattoo design and Pain.

So, I decided to give myself some time to come up with a good tattoo design. After searching for one long year and thorough research, I finalized my tattoo design. But the major hurdle was still to cross: The Pain.

I went to the tattoo artist near me and asked him how to get rid of pain during the inking session. His lack of experience got reflected in his answer when he said No Pain, No Gain and that left me with disappointment.

Afraid of pain, I decided to drop my idea to get a tattoo on my skin, but one day one of my friends visited me in form of an angel. She had a lot of experience in tattoo as she is covered with more than 10 tattoos on her body. I shared my experience of a visit to a tattoo artist with her and she smiled sarcastically and quoted, ‘Gone are the days when the pain was considered a major ingredient of tattoo process.’

She took me to the best tattoo artist in our city and we discussed our design. After finalizing it, he explained me entire process of tattooing. He calmed me down when he promised that I will not encounter any pain during my entire tattoo session. Thanks to the Numbing Cream.

On my day of the appointment, I was nervous but again my tattoo artist calmed me down and started the process before the tattooing.

He applied Topical Numbing Cream- Numb Skin on my skin where the tattoo was about to get inked. After 30 minutes of application, he stared with the process of inking and surprisingly the entire 1-hour process was so smooth that I decided on the spot to get another tattoo very soon. If we talk about pain, apart from little discomfort, I hardly felt any pain.In the end, the tattoo looks beautiful on my skin which I will cherish for my entire life.
